Class A — Professional Logistics Warehouse
The highest standard. Requirements:
- Ceiling height: at least 10–12 m (optimal for multi-tier racking)
- Floor: dust-proof coating, load capacity 5–7 t/m², levelness per survey ±2 mm per 2 m
- Doors: dock levellers (loading docks) at least 1 per 500–700 m²
- Heating: maintaining +10°C at all times of year
- Lighting: at least 200 lux at floor level
- Systems: AFA (automatic fire alarm), fire suppression (sprinklers), security alarm
- Ramp: covered, with access for European semi-trailers (euro trucks)
For: major retailers, e-commerce, 3PL operators, pharmaceuticals.
Class B — Functional Commercial Warehouse
Simplified requirements compared to Class A:
- Ceiling height: 6–10 m
- Floor: reinforced concrete, load capacity 3–5 t/m²
- Doors: sectional or swing without dock levellers
- Heating: desirable but not mandatory
- Lighting: 100–150 lux
- May be located in repurposed industrial buildings
For: distributors, manufacturing companies, mid-level wholesalers.
Class C — Basic Warehouse
- Ceiling height: 4–6 m
- Floor: concrete without special treatment
- No strict requirements for lighting or systems
- May be placed in repurposed Soviet-era buildings
For: small businesses, storage of oversized goods, temporary storage.
