What are the turnkey construction timelines?
A typical 1000 m² warehouse is built in 45-60 days. This includes design, structure manufacturing and installation on a ready foundation.
Do I need to make the project myself?
No, we take care of the design. Our engineers will develop structural drawings for free when ordering construction.
What warranty do you provide?
We give an official 20-year warranty on the load-bearing frame and 5 years on roof and wall sealing. All warranties are specified in the contract.
Do you only build in Almaty?
Currently we focus on projects in Almaty and Almaty region. This allows us to ensure maximum quality control and shortest implementation timelines.
