About the project
A modern Class A logistics center in Almaty, built to European warehousing standards and commissioned in 2024. The facility supports around-the-clock operation with a daily throughput capacity of up to 500 tonnes. The load-bearing frame uses hot-rolled steel profiles; the envelope consists of sandwich panels with polyurethane core, 150 mm thick. Clear internal height — 12 m, column grid — 12×24 m, floor load capacity — 5 t/m². Fire suppression is provided by an ESFR system with drencher curtains at dock doors. The project was delivered turnkey in 6 months from design approval through commissioning.
