About the project
A manufacturing facility for a metal-processing company in Astana, commissioned in 2024. The building is engineered to support three overhead bridge cranes rated at 20 tonnes each. The load-bearing frame consists of welded I-beams from S345 steel; crane runways use KR70 rail with a tolerance of ±3 mm per 10 m span. Ridge height — 14 m, span — 24 m, length — 72 m. The concrete floor is reinforced with steel fibre and rated at 7 t/m² for heavy forklifts and production equipment. The roof is insulated with 200 mm mineral wool; walls use 150 mm sandwich panels, meeting industrial noise and thermal standards. The project was handed over turnkey in 5.5 months, including crane commissioning.
